A hand towel is an everyday school essential for young children. With your child’s name printed clearly on each towel, it is much less likely to be mixed up with someone else’s. ❤️

Our new 2026 collection features soft, cheerful colour combinations, playful themed illustrations and clear personalised name designs. You can also add your child’s cute school photo. Our designer will remove the background, make basic colour adjustments and place your child’s portrait and name into the selected design.

After listening to feedback from parents, we have selected only clear, easy-to-read character styles for the name, helping children gradually learn to recognise their own name. ❤️

How to Order

1. Select your preferred towel design and font

2. Submit one clear photo of your child

3. Our designer will remove the photo background and make basic colour adjustments

4. Your child’s portrait and name will be added to the selected design

5. Production will begin after you have reviewed and approved the final artwork

Production Time

The standard production and printing time is 10–14 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The production period begins after the final artwork has been approved.

Photo Requirements

To achieve the best possible result, please submit a photo that meets the following requirements:

■ The photo must be clear and show the child’s full head
■ The face and hair must not be covered by a hat, hand, toy or other object
■ Please do not submit group photos, as the child’s face may be too small
■ The recommended file size is larger than 1MB
■ Photos taken in natural lighting, from the front or at a slight angle, usually produce the best result

Portrait Design Service

■ The portrait option includes one personalised QQ-style portrait
■ Background removal and basic colour adjustment are included
■ Each additional portrait costs HKD$10
■ Changing the submitted portrait after design work has started costs HKD$10 per photo
■ If our designer finds that the submitted photo is unclear or has insufficient resolution, you may submit a replacement photo at no additional charge

Washing Instructions

The towels may be washed by hand or in a washing machine. To help maintain their softness and printed finish, we recommend avoiding tumble drying and allowing them to air-dry naturally.

Important Ordering Information

■ The preset towel designs and fonts included in each set cannot be changed
■ Each personalised product is made using the name and photo submitted by the customer
■ Please check the name, photo and selected design carefully before approving the final artwork
■ Designs cannot be changed after the order and artwork have been confirmed
■ Colours shown on computer and mobile screens may vary slightly from the final printed product
