1. Our designer will remove the background and create a custom portrait.
2. The selected design will be personalized with the portrait and child's name.
3. Design proof will be sent for approval.
4. Printing will begin after confirmation.
5. Your order will be produced and shipped.

### Important Notes

• Price includes 1 custom portrait with background removal and basic color correction.
• Additional portraits or portrait changes after submission are charged at HKD $10 each.
• Photos must clearly show the entire face without obstructions.
• Group photos are not recommended as faces may be too small for processing.
• Image files should preferably be larger than 1MB.
• Design changes are not available after order confirmation.
• Towel set designs and font styles cannot be modified.
